9. PRIVACY POLICY

9.1. Participants acknowledge that PowerHaus reserves the right to collect personal information, as far as the law permits and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

9.2. In purchasing a Membership, Participantsconsent to the collection, use and storage of their personal information for operational purposes.

9.3. Whilst PowerHaus shall take due care in preserving the confidentiality of any information accessed or provided by the Participant, any personal information provided by the Participant to Powerhouse is done so at the risk of the Participant.

9.4. Participants also acknowledge that:

a) PowerHaus may use CCTV surveillance in the Studio, including without limitation in reception areas, waiting rooms, corridors, storage facilities, parking areas and common areas. There is no  surveillance of any kind conducted in prohibited areas such as toilets or change rooms; and

b) PowerHaus staff or instructors may, from time to time, record or take photographsof Participants in classes for promotional and training purposes. If a Participant does not consent to the use of their image in marketing, social media or other promotional materials, they must provide written notice to PowerHaus.
